We've identified a certain type of person who brings a special spark to the Cloverleaf team. They're collaborative. They aren't afraid to fail. They're "switch thinkers" – equally adept from the left or right side of the brain. We call these talented and unique individuals "trans-disciplinary thinkers" – and they're invaluable to any innovation project.
Reflecting the highly diverse needs of successful innovation, the team is composed of a most varied range of talent, including ethnographers, traditional researchers, ideators, marketers, writers, strategists, trend experts, and designers. Specific titles, though, never seem to truly do justice to our team – because they typically transcend any given discipline. Thus our preferred name: "trans-disciplinary."
We are looking for bright, creative and effervescent Think Partners to join our team. All applicants must be strong communicators. If you’re interested please send your resume and an example of a project that best represents your thinking to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For extra brownie points supply us with one of the following:
1) Identify a trend, emerging trend or opportunity and provide some insight, idea or concept that could be derived from that trend. Sketches, doodles and visuals are welcomed.
2) Visit a store and observe how people shop for a product or service. Please document your observation and any ideas, insights or concepts that could be derived from improving on that experience. Sketches, doodles and visuals are encouraged.
