Client Relationships: Both Big and Small

We have the great fortune of working with clients from around the world. Some of the biggest, best known brands and companies but we also have experience working with smaller regional and local firms as well.  We have a steady roster of entrepreneurs, start-ups and emerging companies that are in direct contrast to the size of our Fortune 100 clientele. But we love them all and are adept at servicing all types of clients effectively.

Depth and breadth of experience

Our category experience is as wide ranging as our client roster.  We certainly are familiar with the Consumer Package Goods industry having worked on virtually every product category out there: wine/spirits, meats, canned goods, frozen foods, snacks, beverages, cleaning supplies, toys, games, etc. But that is only the beginning of our expertise.  We have worked in any number of different channels, categories and segments:  Retail, direct-to-consumer, high-tech, financial services, home improvement, medical industry, health services, heavy industrial, commercial, hospitality, institutional, education, etc. just to name a few.  With our collaborative approach to innovation, we bring together a team to best serve our clients’ needs and to complement their team and expertise.  We can tap into the diverse and collective experience to help drive the innovation opportunities.

Everyone in the Org Chart

Our contacts within organizations are equally as varied.   In some cases, we work directly with the CEOs, presidents or the recently developed role of CIO – Chief Innovation Officer – within a company looking for innovation platform development and strategies.  In many instances, our team interfaces with the marketing, brand or insights leadership team at an organization who are responsible for orchestrating the innovation opportunities internally.  For some engagements, we are interacting directly with the R&D team to help drive a new technology or product opportunity.  For other projects, our points of contact are with assistant brand managers, product managers or design managers who are doing a lot of the heavy lifting around a new product or service launch.  We are facile at collaborating with all levels of an organization.

“We hired Cloverleaf to participate in two important projects on our SHUR-LINE painting tools business: a strategic merchandising initiative with one of our largest customers, and a packaging identity redesign for the SHUR-LINE brand.”

“Cloverleaf has been a superb partner on our business.  Their knowledge of the national home center category, overall preparation for our planning sessions, collaboration with our team, insights, and leadership of the creative process is best in class.  In addition, their principals are extraordinarily client focused, meaning they are very tuned in to our needs, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. The final outputs of both projects exceeded our expectations and will help to ensure success for our SHUR-LINE brand and business in 2008 and beyond.”
